Paris Gare d’ Austerlitz is located in the 13th arrondissement of the east-south of the city of Paris. It includes a variety of rail transport services and urban rail services, such as the Paris Metro, Inter-provincial Train (TER). The Austerlitz station in Paris was originally responsible for the long-distance railway route in the southwest. The Austerlitz station is the stopover of the C line. Passengers can take the trains to and from Paris and the western suburbs, the western suburbs and the southern suburbs. Its platform is located on the ground floor and is two island platforms separated side by side. The Austerlitz station has a variety of regular train services to passengers travelling to the south and southwest of France, as well as to northern Spain.

The aerial location of the Austerlitz station and the underground subway station are available for Metro Lines 5 and 10, respectively, to facilitate passengers to travel throughout Paris. There is also a corresponding bus stop on the ground, which is convenient for passengers to take various bus lines to all parts of Paris.

In addition, there is a water bus Voguéo at the pier on the Seine outside the station. Passengers can take a trip to the towns along the southeastern suburbs.
